1. Introduction
MiniVault ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MiniVault mobile application (the "App"). MiniVault is a fully offline tool for miniature painters. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect or upload your data. MiniVault works entirely on your device:
- Content: paints, projects, shopping list entries and notes you create are stored only on your device.
- Anonymous User ID: a random identifier generated on your device the first time you launch the App. It is used to label local data only, is never uploaded, and is not linked to your identity.
- Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.
3. No Tracking, No Ads
The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. We do not track you across apps or websites.
4. How We Use Data
All data is used solely to provide the App's features locally (showing your paints, projects and lists). We do not sell or share your personal information.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in the App's private storage on your device. Because it never leaves your device, you remain in full control of it.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Data & Account, including clearing paints, projects, the shopping list, or resetting all data. Uninstalling the App also removes all local data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
