Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MiniVault (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the app store's terms.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and are subject to their terms. Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase and can be restored on your devices using "Restore Purchase".
4. User Content
All content you create is stored on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App in violation of applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a hobby tool; paint and project data are user-entered and may be inaccurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

利用規約
1. 同意
MiniVault（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は本アプリを使用しないでください。

3. アプリ内課金
本アプリは、追加機能を解放する任意の買い切り「プロ」版を提供します。購入は Apple/Google が処理し、その規約に従います。プロは非消耗型の買い切りで、「購入を復元」から復元できます。
4. ユーザーコンテンツ
作成したコンテンツは端末に保存され、お客様に帰属します。バックアップはお客様の責任です。当社はデータ損失に責任を負いません。
5. 許容される利用
リバースエンジニアリング、再販、法令違反となる悪用を行わないことに同意するものとします。
6. 免責
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリは趣味向けツールであり、塗料・プロジェクトのデータはユーザー入力です。
7. 責任の制限
法律で許容される最大限の範囲で、当社は本アプリの使用による間接的・偶発的損害に責任を負いません。
8. 変更
本規約は更新されることがあり、変更後も使用を続けた場合は承諾したものとみなされます。

1. Aceptación
Al descargar o usar MiniVault (la "App"), acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no use la App.
2. Licencia
Le concedemos una licencia personal, no transferible y no exclusiva para usar la App con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos de su propiedad, sujeta a los términos de la tienda.
3. Compras en la app
La App ofrece una compra única opcional "Pro". Las compras las procesa Apple/Google. Pro es una compra única no consumible y puede restaurarse con "Restaurar compra".
4. Contenido del usuario
Todo el contenido que cree se guarda en su dispositivo y le pertenece. Usted es responsable de sus copias de seguridad.
5. Uso aceptable
Se compromete a no aplicar ingeniería inversa, revender ni usar indebidamente la App infringiendo la ley.
6. Exención de responsabilidad
La App se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías. Es una herramienta de aficionado; los datos son introducidos por el usuario.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la App.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos; el uso continuado tras los cambios implica aceptación.

Tout contenu créé est stocké sur votre appareil et vous appartient. Vous êtes responsable de vos sauvegardes.
5. Utilisation acceptable
Vous acceptez de ne pas faire d'ingénierie inverse, revendre ou mésuser de l'App en violation de la loi.
6. Avertissement
L'App est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie. C'est un outil de loisir ; les données sont saisies par l'utilisateur.
7. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects résultant de l'utilisation de l'App.
8. Modifications
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions ; l'utilisation continue vaut acceptation.

4. Nutzerinhalte
